more details on how refit_watcher works
facets_refit_watcher_poll.sh should not be deleted
update LD_LIBRARY_PATH to make inotify work
helpful command to kill watcher processes (eg: " ps -ef | grep | grep refit | cut -f 2 -d' ' | xargs kill -9")
