Russian locale update

Do not silently lose work when closing Ardublock using its 'close-button'
(Closing the Arduino IDE still silently loses Ardublock work)

There’s still also a chance to try out different skins using different Ardublock .jar files.

  • Master – tried and tested legacy layout
  • TC – my vision of what might work better (Please try it out - comments needed)
  • Slim - as TC but slimmer, with no specific hardware blocks.
