[Feature request] - Several basic functions

The following is just my personal opinion.
I think PhotoDemon has great potential. It can be used as a software that is easy to get started but does not lack basic functions. I don’t expect it to become a substitute for Photoshop. There are already GIMP and Krita. What I expect is that it will become a fully functional, This is a sophisticated entry-level software. For home users or workers in other industries who are not graphics majors or gamers, you can use this software to 1. process photos, 2. design images, and 3. color drawings.
There is no need to upgrade to GIMP or Krita, and you won’t feel that you are missing something.
I think PhotoDemon currently lacks some functions, focusing on the more basic parts:

1. Guide line (horizontal, vertical, diagonal lines)
2. Alignment and distribution (based on non-transparent parts)
3. Geometric figures (with outline and coloring)
4. Layer group (edit as a layer, or edit individually in batches)
5. Layer deformation (tilt, single corner drag, double corner drag (perspective))
6. Mask deformation (rotation, tilt, single corner drag, perspective)
7. Create a mask (based on layer Alpha)
8. Set rotation base point (layers and masks)
9. Text style (more style attributes)
10. Layer Fit to image (can set it not to crop and maintain the proportion)
11. Layer Fit to mouse dragging area or masking (can set it not to crop and maintain the proportion or stretch to fill)
