Distinguished_Division_goals and Distinguished_Area_goals are dumped on screen.
pls chk if csv files created are correct

getclubs-details-D98.csv download instructions needs to be added in readme
correct output filenames are "DCP_History_report_for_Division.csv' and "DCP_History_report_for_District.csv" . needs to be corrected.
