TODO:

Create a well structured JSON/YAML object which stores relevant data for all TD events as our database.
Implement a way to send messages at the times fetched from the local db. One way could be using setTimeout where the timeout amount is the time difference between the event time and the server start time.
Test functionality on the TD Devs server
