yep the bug is already fixed iirc. but we cannot update our servers until judging is done

ah well the special basically works after once recharged. but it only heals other players. not yourself

I changed the bug description, we'll have to fix the explanation for these specials. Also, compared to the other specials, it's rather weak atm (we should thing about changing that).
