Zend studio version 10, have option for build Cloud-Connected Mobile Apps whit PHP, Still I don't know how it work.

I think for mobile side it work wit jquery and css ( Zend studio have drag-and-drop method for build mobile side ) . And in server side we must use php for build software, It good idea if we have some standard for build some API as Web service for use in mobile apps.

what is your idea? any one tested it?
