I have a test folder whose local magic-folder (/tmp/test) no longer exists. Every file in the folder is (correctly, I suppose) marked as "[deleted]" but magic-folder periodically adds downloads for everything.

It shouldn't try to download any of these files.

I tried to repeat this with a test-case, but failed (it correctly doesn't download anything .. nor add anything to the "downloads" status).
