Add metadata assets #31

We should have some metadata assets. These are typically favicon, icon for android and iPhone etc.

Default sizes are (typical):

Favicon = 64x64
App Icon = 192 x 192
App Icon (larger) = 512 x 512

All the files are now in Profile/Logo folder on the disk.
