Customize tomato time

Currently the default time setting for tomato counting is 25+5 min. However, some people have different requirements when using time management tools. Like me, I prefer a time counting with 15 min and no break. I would change the next 15min as relax time if I am tired. So I think the length of a tomato, also the relax time, should be customized.
