SyslogLogger should escape the "|" character

The "|" character is being used to separate the fields of the log message, if someone puts the same character into the log message it can easily brake the parsing of it. So either we should escape it somehow, or we can change the delimiter character to another one (maybe a sequence) which is not that common.
