if I ever get EA Pass again, I will fix this. for now, this isnt going to be fixed.

but if you really want to use these cheats and can pay 5$, I know for a fact that theres this one good trainer on patreon which should have them (this trainer was inspired by it).

its made by ArmyOf0n3. you also get access to like 10 or more trainers if you purchase a sub

sorry, but I'm not explaining anything, not because I don't know you, but rather because its a long and tedious process.
I can tell you that the health is a floating point value between 0 to 110 (100 for police cars iirc?).
Arrest is a floating point value from 10 (I think) to 0.
