ESP8266 D1mini crashes constantly

Hi,

After compiling the esp8266-example.yaml and installing with ESPHome the D1mini constantly crashes, 10 times in a row until it goes into safe boot mode.
If I remove about half of the sensors from the code it seems to be more stable.

Is there any reasons for this and what can I do to have more sensors?

Could you provide your complete config yaml? The exception is called "OOM" (out of memory). Every strategy to reduce the used memory should improve the situation. Which ESPHome version do you use?

PS. I've commented out the baud_rate: 0 setting because no BMS is attached at the moment and we want to see possible stack traces. At a later point in time the settings should be re-enabled because we don't want to push log messages to the BMS. ;-)

My test setup using the config above is stable since 6 hours. What about yours?

Yep stable, did you make any other changes apart from the commenting out baud_rate: 0 ?

The first bye of each frame is verified now. If it's not the start of frame byte the rx_buffee gets flushed early.
