Filename of attachments is not preserved

What is the issue you are experiencing?

When I try to download an attachment the filename is replaced by an UUID (e.g. e3239f98-d9ac-48d7-8c63-c14976b87c2f). Non PDF and image files also lose their file type (.txt .exe).

How can the maintainer reproduce the issue?

• Create a new item
• Upload an attachment
• Save changes
• Download the attachment

I am using a docker container behind a reverse proxy.

File storage in general is on the v1 Roadmap agenda, most likely I'll take a look at this as part of that overall upgrade.
