Multi-Storage Options

This Epic is part of the v1 Roadmap.

Homebox should support multiple storage systems other than just the local drive storage. We should be able to fairly easily add support for S3, and other platforms like Azure, GCP, etc. via something like https://gocloud.dev/howto/blob/

In review the database already is essentially built and designed to support this functionality.

This functionality is mostly working in the PR, still working on some of the minor issues, and tests for the core functionality, and then I'll work out the name issue and thumbnails most likely.
