Function gets a list of all service principals and registered apps and obtains their credentials, using AzureAD PowerShell. Some todos and things to consider:

  1. Migrate to Graph PS
  2. Make it more friendly/readable
  3. Add explicit warning and/or details for app creds/secrets created during investigation period
