implement filesystem tests
refactor integration tests to use adapters (not query database)
configure phpunit to be able to switch adapter
- filesystem or memory default
configure travis to run tests in riak and filesystem (additionally in PHP 5.5, 5.6 and HHVM) => 6 Test runs
