Clicking start importing doesn't do anything. Get a warning in the log:

[16-Aug-2017 15:51:12] Warning at rss-connector/code/import/RssEntryTransformer.php line 6: require_once(/Sites/www/hi/wwwroot/rssconnector/thirdparty/htmlpurifier/HTMLPurifier.auto.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory (http://hi.dev/admin/external-content/EditForm)

To make it work needs :
#9

and replace htmlpurifier with latest download in thirdparty

http://htmlpurifier.org/
