Implement a event handler to handle deposits containing BRC20 tokens.

Implementation details

Use this API to get all activity on block height and parse
all the deposits that are going to the deposit address per resource.

Testing details

  • unit tests

Acceptance Criteria

  • BRC20 deposits create a transfer message
