Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Although we have basic notification system, there is a shortcoming. Users get notifications by calling the API getting notification from backend. However, if somethings happen when users on a certain page, users can know them only after refreshing or moving to other pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Using a web socket between backend and frontend can be solution so that backend can send message to frontend without API calls.

This improvement is mentioned by our TA.
