Android SDK build within GitHub Actions

Support for building with an Android SDK was added by @lhoward within #127.

This PR updates the GitHub actions config to include an additional build using the Android using swift-android-sdk by @finagolfin 🙏🏻.

Nice, I'm going to look into adding a github action for Android next, that will easily allow you to build and run your tests too in the Android emulator.
