Events sent in the promotion channel should use the same currency format as the website

Expected behaviour

I would expect that the messages sent use the €12.34 format, as is the case on the website

Actual behavior

The messages sent use the €12.3 format, which I think looks strange.

Steps to reproduce

• admin
  Copy the information from the event (I don't know how that works exactly) and look at the generated text.

• user
  Look in the Sticky promotion channel and look at the currency format in the "title" of a message.
