survey creator is not loading

I am getting issues when trying create survey creator.I am using surveyjs (react) version 1.5.1 and i imported all files knockout,survey, survey-knockout, survey creator.
Survey is loading but survey Creator is not loading. It is showing as undefined. I am also added dependencies. I am using like
require(knockout, survey, survey-knockout, surevyCreator, function(ko,Survey,surveyKnockout,SurveyCreator){
var creator = SurveyCreator.SurveyCreator // some code here

}
I am getting script error like SurveyCreator is undefined.
survey, survey-knockout, survey creator Version - 1.5.0
knockout - 3.5.0.

I am facing the same issue. Couldnt load survey-creator-knockout library.
survey-core and survey-jquery is working fine.
