Wrong wipe direction

When alternate perimeter direction is enabled, the seam on inner conical circle is on opposite sides at each layer due to high cost of travel.
But the wipe direction is not changing accordingly, meaning that at one layer wipe goes inside, while on other layer wipe goes outside. When perimeter print goes clockwise, the wipe goes inside. When perimeter print goes counter clockwise the wipe goes outside. Wipe should always go inside.
