You can simply print out the Markers(base).pdf page to use with this application.
To achieve better performance, when first starting the application, tap the gear icon at the bottom right and then tap camera preferences button from the debug UI.
From the prompted setting menu, select a higher resolution with 4:3 aspect ratio.
To test with the example save file, put save.mls under the following directory of the android phone:
Android/data/com.SuperContact.ARCraft/files/
