It doesn't work on Rails 8:

Its based on zip_tricks which is explicitly stated that it's not maintained: https://github.com/WeTransfer/zip_tricks

Remove dependency on zipline

Because zipline is not yet compatable with the latest version of Rails.  It also has many features that we don't use. Fixes #1311
