Support pointing to a Globus endpoint for certain kinds of very large content that can't be delivered via stacks #346

This is a story for an emerging use-case - logging here though there are elbow effects up and down the stack.

Use-case:

data (or other) deposit into SDR that needs to be delivered publicly, but is too large for stacks to support (ie. 10TB dataset, for instance)
proposition is to deliver this content via Globus
desire is to include a link to the Globus endpoint, rather than delivering content, from our citation page (aka. PURL)

Implementation:

waves hands - DOR and PURL need to know about this external delivery system, etc. etc.
