Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When running clear command, it takes forever to remove all the messages from a certain channel.

Describe the solution you'd like
Rather than clearing the content of a channel one by one, delete the entire channel and replace it with another one. In addition, adding a tag, such as --log, where it will state that this channel has been cleared (rebuilt).
