I don't want to abuse the bandwidth of public webtorrent trackers any more than is necessary.
If I have an infohash swarm that has 10 mutually connected peers in it already, and an 11th peer joins this swarm, I would like that 11th peer to signal through the tracker to connect to one peer, and then use that peer to connect with the others, without doing 9 more negotiations through that overloaded webtorrent tracker.
Could this capability be added?
The use-case for this is a static single-page application, maybe a game or a chat program, that generates a "lobby ID" (which is actually an infohash) that players then share. It would be nice for the "lobby" in this case to not be so tightly bound to a webtorrent tracker. Maybe different lobby members could even maintain a presence on different trackers, and in that case connectivity would be made more robust while putting less load on each tracker.
