Add escaping support to xmpp_jid_new(), xmpp_jid_node(), xmpp_stanza_set_to(), xmpp_stanza_set_from().

Additionally, add JID validation to the functions. User will be able to bypass escaping by using xmpp_stanza_set_attribute().
