Any issues related to the stroke input data, i.e.

characters-simplified.txt
characters-traditional.txt
phrases-simplified.txt
phrases-traditional.txt
ranking-simplified.txt
ranking-traditional.txt
sequence-characters.txt

should be reported upstream to Conway Stroke Data.
