There's no dotnet option when running stripe samples command

Describe the bug

I'm trying to run the samples locally using stripe cli. My command is stripe samples create charging-a-saved-card. After executing I see options for selecting a server platform but there's no option for dotnet

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

1. Run stripe samples create charging-a-saved-card command using Stripe CLI
2. See that there's no dotnet option for server

Expected behavior

dotnet server option is available
