With frontend profiles, its very possible your users could get approved and added to the directory based on some basic profile information then later CHANGE that information in a way that the site owner doesn't want.
For example, a user could update a vulgar person profile image, edit their contact information to link to a terrible site that depletes your domain authority, or otherwise write descriptive information that is terrible.
We should consider a way to log that changes were made so admins can periodically check that data is good.
