Contact form broken and slack link on home page expired

Hey there,

I tried to fill out the contact form. No matter what I put in, it said phone number incorrect. So I could not submit the form. So I tried to join the slack community using the link on the home page, but it says that the invitation link is expired. I tried clicking the contact us link in the footer and it tried to send me back to the slack community.
