I hate these sorts of issues because it makes me feel like folks poking around for free work, but I have to ask: Is this extension still supported by Stoplight/SmartBear?
I ask because I wrote the original code for it, got contacted by Stoplight so they could take over (trying to deprecate my extension and redirect to this one was quite the effort), and now... it's very stale, from dependencies to features/fixes. All the people I worked with on that (@philsturgeon, @P0lip, etc.)... don't appear to work at Stoplight anymore. (Or maybe they do? I can't tell, but quick research says maybe not.) The only person I see committing is @mnaumanali94 and that was basically just a quick release and readme update nearly a year and a half ago.
I'm curious if the path to getting things updated is to fork and re-release my own version of the extension.

Yes, we do want to keep this extension supported and improve it into the future. Apologies on the slow response to this issue. We’re getting things back in order across some of the various Spectral and related repositories (recently releasing new core rulesets for Arazzo into Spectral etc.) and will continue in that vein.
We welcome your valuable contribution on this project. @mnaumanali94 and I will be in touch to see how we can move it forward.
