User story.
As a user, I can right click on the file that was analysed by spectral, so that I can export the diagnostics as json.

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Sometimes I need the results of the spectral analysis saved somewhere

Describe the solution you'd like
The idea would be to add a context menu to allow the user to export the diagnostic to a json file (https://code.visualstudio.com/api/ux-guidelines/context-menus )

I'm happy to add this feature myself
