Create or update API does removes Web Service URL

When the release is run through Azure DevOps task. The web service url is cleared and shows empty on an existing API.
The only workaround is in the Policy section.
Will this be fixed?

could you please let us know the wokaound you ae using, we are facing the same issue and we might have to switch to terraform since the project is not curently maintained but would like to use the wokaound in the meantime.
