The following is invalid:

/**
 * Some docblock.
 *
 * @param   string $test
 *
 * @since   TBD
 * @return  void
 */

Instead, check for something closer to this:

/**
* Some docblock.
*
* @since   TBD
*
* @param   string $test
*
* @return  void
*/
