When gesturing to slide the menu in, the delegate fires an event but the menu stays open #115

Quite frequently when opening the menu, then closing it with out making a selection I see the following events.

slideMenuDidSlideToSide
slideMenuDidSlideIn
slideMenuDidSlideIn

The menu successfully slides open however, it fires two events saying the menu slid back in, however the UI is unchanged.
