BLAST results link goes to "page not found error"

A bit more subtlety. If the user blasts against scaffolds of a genome, those should never link to anywhere (we don't store scaffolds as features). I don't actually know where they used to link to, have emailed user to find out.

Tried a blastn to the chestnut transcripts (as opposed to the scaffolds above) and link outs work fine.

We probably used to link out to JBrowse. I remember building a link that generates a track on jbrowse. The question is where did we add this functionality and how do we publish it?

Looks like we have a module named tripal_blast_jbrowse but for some reason it's not taking effect.
