https://github.com/stackabletech/operator-templating/blob/253363fd82470035ffaae2d3e46855523eb13ddc/template/deploy/manifests/Kustomization only contains a hard-coded list of resources, which is often out of sync with what resources the operator actually requires. Especially for "weird" operators like secret-op and listener-op.
