Is this project abandoned?

just wondering. there hasn't been any updates for years, and none of the pull requests have been merged. Maybe some enterprising interested other party could take ownership?

We had the same feeling and started a new project FluentTc, allowing
easy-to-discover and extremely readable client for TeamCity REST API.

I don't know for the main developer but many forks are active. Example my fork is always active :https://github.com/mavezeau/TeamCitySharp

I added recently the custom fields to specify only that you needed. It's possible to add more fields inside a basic call and make less query to fetch more data
