SSL.com TLS RSA Root CA 2022

Hello SSL Labs
We are having issues with our site getting a nontrusted on the SSL scan but i can confirm that the CA that the site is using is in the Mozilla trust

And the cert has not been revoked and is valid for a whole year.

I was wondering if this could be looked into.
