In a conversation, using the context menu, we are able to instantly create a new issue and prefill the body with the comment contents.1 It is common that the original author of the comment does not receive credit for creating the issue (when another team member creates the issue for them.)

Detect when the following string is detected (full example with context):

Originally posted by @0x4007 in https://www.github.com/ubiquibot/conversation-rewards/pull/58#discussion_r1691159526
So it will be a regex like ^Originally posted by @ in $

And when calculating the rewards, the original author should receive part of the author credit.2 Make it configurable with a percentage.3 I would default to 50% of the credit.45
