Not working on Galaxy S10 5G LOS 20 Android 13

Hi,
I used the BatteryChargeLimit since years on my S5 and S9+ phones very helpful.
On my S10 5G it does not work. I do not get any error massage, but the charging does not stop at charge limit.
I have the last version 1.1.1 (23) installed from playstore.
The choosed control file is /sys/class/power_supply/battery/batt_slate_mode,0,1

Are there any log file I can send, that you can help me?
