BERT embeddings

Hello, can you please help me with my problem. I want to compute similarity between two texts, and in my pipeline I'm using BERT to get text embeddings. And currently I don't really understand how to use your lib to perform such kind of computations.

I built a notebook for this, and have an implementation for BERT + WMD using this library there - https://github.com/nidharap/Notebooks/blob/master/Sentence_Embeddings_RoBERTa.ipynb
