👍 for the reference - here is the description of sqlite schema that is used in code-annotation app for the import right now https://github.com/src-d/code-annotation#import-file-pairs-for-annotation

Rephrazing as porting the current ad-hoc scripts to generate sqlite to sourced-ml.
