When adding a new privilege to a resource, the resource should predefined.

Currently when adding a new privilege, you can select the resource from a drop down list. However, this should already be defined because we navigated here from a list of privileges for a specific resource. Therefore we already know the resource we are adding the privilege to.

It would be more natural if the resource was predefined.
