Provide link for Fragment Directive when select text

Description

When a user selects text, an action button will appear. After pressing the button, the URL will be updated with a Fragment Directive.

Use Cases

When I want to highlight a specific paragraph or content to share with others, I currently have to copy the link containing the paragraph anchor (e.g., # at the end of the URL).
Using a Fragment Directive allows for more flexibility in sharing specific content.
