Interactive Effects - write examples for all kinds of triggerables

Before we decide exactly what effects we want the APC40 to be able to put out, we need to make sure that the framework is in place to support all of the types of triggerables. In particular, this means both writing something that shows how to add parameters to an effect, and using a parameter adapter to modulate between the trigger boolean on/off and some different parameter on the effect.
